"Ore-fes"is one of a kind Live Music Event organized by Japanese musicians, performing traditional musical instruments.
It started in 2010 at the small music lounge. This year, it will be held at "Womb"in Shibuya, one of the top nightclubs in the world.
There will be 15 bands performing one night at two different stages. Also, University students who are part of the Japanese instruments school activities such as koto, shamisen, will be performing. You'll never seen such a big Japanese music events ever!
Unfortunately, Japanese traditional instruments which sounds are disappearing from modern daily life. That is why musicians are organizing this event hoping that many people especially younger generation would listen to Japanese traditional music.
We would love to see you at this exciting event! Also, we are looking for Ore-fes supporters!
This year, it will be 4th event. Ore-fes support team and musicians are all volunteering to this event. Music charge we ask from the audience won't cover all the cost.
In order to continue this event as long as possible, we need your support. We are fundraising to cover the cost of organizing, producing, advertising, venue, equipments…etc
