1週間前にアップデート記事で告知させて頂いた通り、
アップデート記事と、SNSの双方にて、フルネームでお呼び出しさせて頂きます。
LIMITED EDITION RETAKE BEST ALBUM 25は、
ファンディングサイトに記載の通り、
海外発送用の送料を上乗せした、クラファン限定盤『25』のコースです。
海外の方は、アカウントに登録する際に必要であった郵便番号や住所が、 フォーマットの特質的に正しく入力できないことがあるため、
一旦ダミーの住所を入力して頂き、後からクラファン内のメールのやりとりでお届け先住所を教えて頂く流れになっておりました。
↓ファンディングサイト上で、こう記載しておりました。
上記の通りですので、
「LIMITED EDITION〜」の支援者様が、Motion Galleryのアカウントを作った際に登録した住所や電話番号、受取人様のお名前、郵便番号のすべては、プレゼンターであるこちらには共有されていません。
すなわち、以下に列挙させて頂いた7名の方は、名前以外何も分からないのです。
以下の7名の方、全員に個別に連絡しておりますので、
Motion Galleryサイトにログインし、サイト内の受信メールを確認の上、必ず折り返しの連絡をください。
連絡をいただけない限り、リターンは発送保留となります。

we have been contacting supporters with incomplete or unknown addresses
via the email form on the crowdfunding site.

with whom we have been unable to make contact at all

As announced in the update post one week ago,
we will be calling out your full names in both the update post and on social media.
LIMITED EDITION RETAKE BEST ALBUM 25 is,
as stated on the crowdfunding site,
a crowdfunding-exclusive version of “25” that includes shipping costs for international delivery.
Since international users sometimes cannot correctly enter the postal code and address required for account registration due to the specific format,
the process was designed so that users would first enter a placeholder address and then provide their actual shipping address later via email correspondence within the crowdfunding platform.

As mentioned above,
the address, phone number, recipient’s name, and postal code provided by “LIMITED EDITION~” backers when they created their Motion Gallery accounts have not been shared with us as the project presenter.
In other words, we have no information about the eight individuals listed below other than their names.
We are contacting all 8 of these individuals individually, so
please log in to the Motion Gallery site, check your inbox, and be sure to reply.
Unless we hear from you, your reward will remain on hold.
