響咲リオナ活動一周年企画　花火大会&オリジナル曲

高知出身のVTuber・響咲リオナさんがホロライブデビュー1周年という節目を迎えるにあたり、響咲連合の有志一同より日頃の感謝と応援の気持ちを込めて、また今後のさらなるご活躍とご多幸を願ってこのプロジェクトを立ち上げました

当団体では、過去に以下の企画を実施しました。

　　- 東京メトロ丸ノ内線　東京駅（5月26日～6月1日）
　　- JR四国　高知駅（5月28日～6月3日）
　- 寄せ書き企画（総勢145名が参加）

🎤企画内容について👑

以下の3つの企画を準備しています。

【企画①：オリジナル曲】
歌うこと、ダンスすること、とにかく表現する事が大好きな響咲リオナさんに、オリジナル曲を贈ります。オリジナル曲はプロのアーティストの方に依頼し制作いたします。

【企画②：花火大会】
― 心に”響”く思い出、夜空に彩り”咲”く花火 ―
どんな困難な挑戦でも、自分の可能性を信じ諦めず努力を続けて、花火が大好きな響咲リオナさんに、お祝いの花火を打ち上げます。

打ち上げの日時・場所は後日発表いたします。

【企画③：一周年寄せ書き】
ファンの皆様からメッセージとイラストを募集し、響咲リオナさんご本人に贈ります。

【プロジェクト予定スケジュール】

     - 企画①：オリジナル曲 

制作した曲はデビュー記念日当日(11月9日）に、企画報告アカウントX(@isakiseki_repo)にて公開させていただく予定です。

     -企画②：花火大会

10月26日~11月8日を予定させて頂きます。なお、天候などの影響で打ち上げの日時や場所が変更になる可能性もあります。その場合は企画アカウント等にて随時状況を報告いたします。

     -企画③：一周年寄せ書き

9月より募集を開始し、10月下旬頃〆切後、ご本人へ郵送いたします。

🎤支援金の使い道について👑

本プロジェクト目標金額675,000円は、以下の一部として使用させていただきます。

・オリジナル曲制作　330,000円
・花火費用　150,000円
・寄せ書き　10,000円　
・非公式Tシャツイラスト作成費　36,000円
・非公式Tシャツ印刷費用　150,000円
・郵送費用　18,000円
・MOTION GALLERY 利用諸費用（利用手数料10%と消費税）　74,250円

※予算目安不足分93,250円は、2025生誕企画の余剰金にて充てさせて頂きます。

目標金額を超えるご支援をいただいた場合は、花火規模を拡大するなど企画のパワーアップを検討いたします。それでも余った支援金については、今後の響咲リオナさんに関する応援企画のため繰り越させていただきます。

♡イラストプラン：3,000円
響咲連合プランのリターンに加え、企画で使用されるイラストのデータを配布します。

※イラストは個人利用のみとし、SNSなどでの利用はご遠慮ください。

♡Brrrrrrrプラン：12,000円
先着50名限定（海外支援分含む）のプランです。

イラストプランと同じリターンに加え、非公式オリジナルの一周年記念Tシャツを差し上げます。企画実施後、順次発送いたします。

※印刷されたものが実際のイメージ（イラストサイズ、色味）と異なる場合がありますが、ご了承ください。

※このTシャツを着ての迷惑行為、過度なアピール、わいせつ・下品な写真のポストなどは固く禁止します。万が一発覚した場合は、今後の企画への参加をお断りさせていただきます。

想像されるリスクとチャレンジ

天候などの影響で花火打ち上げの日時や場所が変更になる可能性もあります。その場合は企画Xカウント等にて随時状況を報告いたします。

なお、目標金額に達しなかった場合でも、企画は実施いたします。費用の不足分は主催者が負担します。

海外在住の支援者様には、Ｔシャツリターン品郵送に関しては、別料金がかかりますのでご了承ください。ご支援していただいた後にMotion Galleryメールでご連絡いたします。

To celebrate the first anniversary of Isaki Riona, a VTuber from Kochi, we have launched this project to express our gratitude and support for her, and to wish her further success and happiness in the future.

This organization is composed of Isaki Union volunteers who are working under the concept of #イサキセキ.

The path we have taken is to help the miracle of making Isaki Riona's dream come true.

The following projects have been carried out in the past.

🎤Anniversary Projects👑

The following projects are in progress:

Project 1: Original song

We wish to present an original song to Riona.

Our goal is to ask a professional artist to help create an original song for her.

The song will be released on the day of her debut anniversary on the project’s X account.

Project 2: Fireworks show

- Memories that “echo” in your heart, fireworks that “bloom” in the night sky -

We would like to sincerely thank Riona for her unwavering self-belief and determination, no matter how tough the challenges may be. To do so, we will be shooting off fireworks to congratulate her.

The date, time, and location of the fireworks will be announced at a later date.

*The date, time, and location of the fireworks display may be subject to change due to weather and other factors. In this scenario, we will announce any changes via the project account.

Project 3: Messages

We will collect messages from fans and present them to Riona herself.

Message collection will begin at a later date.

🎤Crowdfunding Campaign👑

We will use your support money for the following purposes:

-Production of original songs　￥330,000

-Fireworks expenses　￥150,000

-Creation of yosegaki (traditional Japanese calligraphy)　￥10,000

-Creation of illustrations and logos　￥36,000

-T-shirt printing and shipping expenses　￥168,000

-MOTION GALLERY fees　￥74,250

If we receive more than the target amount, we will consider expanding the scale of the fireworks or other ways to power up the projects.

Any surplus funds will be carried over to support future projects related to Riona.

In the event that the target amount is not reached, the project will still be carried out. The organizer will bear any expenses covering any monetary shortfalls.

After a project is completed, wうe will report the income and expenditure in the project account.

♡Isaki Union Plan: ¥1,000

Your name will be posted on X (@isakiseki_repo) when a project is completed.

(Please note that honorific titles will be abbreviated.)

♡ Illustration Plan: ¥3,000

In addition to the benefits of the Isaki Union Plan, we will distribute illustrations used in the projects.

*The illustrations are for personal use only, please refrain from using/sharing them for other purposes.

♡Brrrrrrrrr Plan: ¥12,000

This plan is limited to 50 people.（Including overseas support）

In addition to the benefits of the Illustration Plan, you will receive an original “first anniversary” t-shirt.

We will send it out after the projects have been completed.

*We strictly prohibit the use of this T-shirt for any unsolicited behavior, excessive promotion/publicity, or the posting of obscene or indecent photos. In the event that you are found to be doing so, you will be barred from participating in future projects.

*Please note that for supporters living overseas, there will be an additional fee for shipping the T-shirt as a reward. After you support us, we will contact you by email via Motion Gallery.

🎤Risks and challenges👑

The date, time and location of the fireworks display may change due to weather conditions, etc. In such cases, we will keep you updated on the situation on Project XCount, etc.

Please note that the project will go ahead even if the fundraising goal is not reached. The organizers will cover any shortfall in costs.

Please note that there will be an additional fee for mailing the T-shirt reward proposal to supporters living overseas.
