【お知らせ】感謝の気持ちを込めて、一部リターン内容を変更いたします。
クラウドファンディング開始以来、本当にたくさんの温かいご支援をいただき、心より感謝申し上げます。
開始直後から多くの方にご支援いただき、国内発送向けのガラスペンリターンは、おかげさまでSOLD OUTとなりました。
そして、その後に私たちの心を大きく動かす出来事がありました。
国内発送向けのガラスペンリターンが完売したあとも、「Glass Studio TooSを応援したい」というお気持ちから、国内への発送で海外用のリターン品をご支援くださる方がいらっしゃいました。
海外用のリターン品は、本来海外発送を想定し、国際送料や輸出手続き、梱包資材、配送時のリスクなどを考慮した価格設定となっています。
そのことをご理解いただいたうえで、それでも応援したいというお気持ちでご支援くださる皆様の存在に、私たちは本当に胸を打たれました。
「この応援に、何か少しでもお返しがしたい。」
その思いから、国内への発送で海外用のリターン品をご支援いただく皆様へ、感謝の気持ちを込めて特典を追加させていただくことを決めました。
もちろん、今回の変更以前に対象リターンをご支援くださっている皆様にも、同じ特典をお付けいたします。

海外からご支援くださる皆様へ
海外への発送をご利用いただく皆様へのリターン内容に変更はありません。
海外用のリターン品には、国際送料、輸出手続き、海外発送用梱包資材、決済手数料、配送時の破損・紛失などのリスクへの対応費用が含まれています。
そのため、今回の特典追加は、国内への発送で海外用のリターン品をご支援いただく方のみを対象とさせていただきました。
今回の変更は、海外からご支援くださる皆様より国内の皆様を優先するという意味では決してありません。
Glass Studio TooSが目指しているのは、「日本のガラスペンを世界へ届けること」です。
世界中からいただく応援が、この挑戦を支える大きな力になっています。
海外からご支援くださる皆様にも、心より感謝しております。
今回の特典追加は、国内発送向けリターンが完売したあとも、高い価格設定となっている海外用リターン品を、国内への発送で選び、ご支援くださった皆様への感謝を形にしたものです。
どうかご理解いただけますと幸いです。
今後、新たなリターン品を追加する予定はありません。
現在公開しているリターンを最後まで責任を持って制作し、一人でも多くの方へGlass Studio TooSのガラスペンをお届けできるよう努めてまいります。
工房改善、海外ECサイトの完成、そして「日本のガラスペンを世界へ届ける」という挑戦に向け、最後まで全力で取り組んでまいります。

Reward Update – With Our Deepest Gratitude
First of all, thank you very much for the incredible support we have received since the launch of our crowdfunding project.
Thanks to all of you, our glass pen rewards for domestic shipping sold out very quickly.
After that, something happened that truly touched us.
Even after those rewards had sold out, some supporters chose our international rewards with delivery within Japan simply because they wanted to continue supporting Glass Studio TooS.
These rewards were originally designed for international shipping and include international shipping costs, export procedures, packaging materials, payment fees, and the additional risks involved in overseas delivery.
Knowing this, they still chose those rewards to support our project.
We were deeply moved.
As a small token of our gratitude, we have decided to add bonus items for supporters who choose eligible international rewards with delivery within Japan.
Supporters who have already selected these eligible rewards with delivery within Japan will also receive the same bonus items.

These bonus items apply only to eligible international rewards shipped within Japan.
To Our International Supporters
There are no changes to rewards shipped outside Japan.
International rewards already include international shipping costs, export procedures, packaging materials, payment-related costs, and the additional risks associated with overseas delivery.
For this reason, these bonus items apply only to supporters selecting international rewards for delivery within Japan.
This decision does not mean that we value supporters in Japan more than our supporters overseas.
Our goal has always been to share Japanese glass pens with people around the world.
Your support from across the globe is what makes this project possible, and we are sincerely grateful to every one of you.
This update is simply our way of thanking those who continued supporting us by choosing our international rewards for delivery within Japan after our domestic rewards had sold out.
