短編映画『Borderline』沖縄ロケ実現プロジェクト
■豪州出身若手監督が日本を撮るシリーズVol.1

こんにちは！

昨日、沖縄現地コーディネーターのYukaさんと、オンラインでミーティングを行いました。
キャストやエキストラさんの手配、具体的なロケ地についてのディスカッションなど
実際の撮影現場が目に浮かんでくるようなワクワクする時間になりました。

撮影に使わせていただける候補として、Yukaさんのご友人が経営する
沖縄市のCafe Light houseさんをはじめ、ピアノをお借りできるお部屋やクールなジャスバーなど
この週末、交渉にあたってもらえるという場所を確認しました。

そして、嬉しいことに現地でお手伝いいただけるカメラマンさんも決定！！

これからTaiyoは、スムーズな撮影のために脚本の細かな部分を詰める作業。
わたくし万丈は広島での広報活動と同時に、沖縄での宿泊地や飛行機の手配にも入っていきます。

Hello, everyone!

Yesterday, we held an online meeting with Yuka, our local coordinator in Okinawa.

We talked about arranging the cast and extras, and discussed specific filming locations in detail.

It was an exciting time, and we could almost picture the actual shoot taking place right before our eyes!

Among the candidate locations, we confirmed several places that Yuka will be negotiating with over this coming weekend. These include Café Lighthouse in Okinawa City, run by a friend of Yuka’s, a room where we may be able to borrow a piano, and a cool jazz bar.

And we have more good news: we’ve also found a local cameraman who will be helping us on location!

From here, Taiyo will be refining the finer details of the script to ensure a smooth shoot. Meanwhile, I, Banjo, will continue our PR activities in Hiroshima while also starting to arrange accommodations and flights for Okinawa.
