こちらはアップデート記事です。
この記事がアップデートされた連絡がMotion Galleryよりメールで届いているかと思いますが、
こちらのアップデート記事の連絡で、自分が住所や記載名にミスがあったと早合点されて、連絡をしてくださる方が後をたちません。
この記事のメール連絡には、返信されませんよう、よろしくお願いします。

3月下旬より、
スペシャルサンクス欄への記載名にNG項目が含まれる方全員に、 
ショートメールもしくはMotion Gallery内のメールボックスを使ってご連絡さしあげています。

また、
3月29日より、
お届け先住所不備のうち、

番地や部屋番号がないもの

都道府県以下の市町村名のすべてが記載なしのもの（例：東京都1-2-3）

の方全員（国内発送分）に、順次連絡をさしあげています。

再三お伝えしていますが、プレゼンター側は、みなさまのメールアドレスが開示されておりません。
個別に連絡がある際は、Motion Gallery内のメールボックスから、個人名記載の上送信させて頂いています。

個別に連絡をさせていただくと、Motion Galleryを介して、みなさまのご登録されたアドレスまで連絡が届くのですが、
この際に、
「Motion Galleryからのニュースレターを受け取る」
に設定していない場合は、いつまで経っても連絡が届く事はないのです。

ご支援くださったみなさま、
Motion Galleryにログインし、設定から「ニュースレターを受け取る」に設定して頂きますよう、お願いします。

住所不定でこのまま連絡がつかなかった場合は、発送出来ない事態に陥ります。

This is an update post.
You may have received an email from Motion Gallery notifying you that this post has been updated, but
many people are mistakenly assuming that this update notification means there is an error in their address or name, and we have been receiving a constant stream of inquiries.
Please do not reply to the email notification for this post.

Since late March,
we have been contacting everyone whose name in the Special Thanks section contains prohibited items
via text message or through the Motion Gallery inbox.

Additionally,
starting March 29,
we have been sequentially contacting everyone (for domestic shipments)
whose delivery addresses are incomplete,
specifically those missing a street number or apartment number,
or those where the city/town/village name below the prefecture level is entirely missing (e.g., Tokyo 1-2-3).

As we have repeatedly mentioned, presenters do not have access to your email addresses.
When contacting you individually, we send messages from the Motion Gallery inbox, including our name in the message.

When we contact you individually, the message is sent via Motion Gallery to the email address you registered.
However,
if you have not set your preferences to
“Receive news from Motion Gallery,”
you will never receive the message, no matter how long you wait.

To all of you who have supported us,
please log in to Motion Gallery and enable “Receive News Letter” in your account settings.

If we are unable to contact you due to an unknown address,
we will be unable to ship your rewards.
