新聞広告でSNSで「令和もSMAPファン」宣言！

We are delighted to say that our ‘Let’s say We are SMAP fans’ campaign, on newspaper and SNS, has been finally published as a colored, full page advertisement. It was featured on the morning issue of the Tokyo Shimbun, The Chunichi Shimbun, and The Hokuriku Chunichi Shimbun on November 18 in the first Reiwa, in large part with the cooperation of our 2,118 supporters. Thank you all for your help!

We believe this advertisement can be spread widely to show that we, SMAP fans, still exist, and our love for them will never change.

Also, our tags, #令和もSMAPファン and #wearesmapfans stayed in Japanese trending lists on Twitter for nearly the whole day. This was an amazing surprise for our team! Lots of people used these tags and expressed their feelings for SMAP. Awesome!

We were moved and touched to read all your comments attached to the tags.

We know there are many fans who didn’t take part in this campaign with several reasons from all over the world beyond our 2,118 supporters. We hoped to include their message for SMAP in our advertisement. No matter who joined this campaign, no matter who got the newspapers, we are all SMAP fans in the Reiwa. Be proud of being their fans and let’s keep going on together!

We have received your support in many ways since we decided to start this project in May. Thank you all so much!
