冬将軍到来、今日は小雪降る中、二度目の福島県の郡山へ。

福島復興活動家の山家さん（写真左）と元福島県会員議員の川田さん（同右）と対談の撮影に行ってまいりました。

Hello there, this is Motokatsu Suzuki, vice president of GLETA organization and director of GreenOne.

With the arrival of winter Shogun, today we went to Koriyama in Fukushima prefecture for the second time. It was snowing lightly.

I went there for filming an interview between Mr.Yamaya of a Fukushima reconstruction activist (picture left) and Mr.Kawada of former council member of the Fukushima prefecture (picture right).

1.福島の現状は？

震災の予算も海岸中心。県全体をみてほしい。

1. What is the current situation in Fukushima?

Budget for the disaster relief fund is mailnly aimed at the coastal area.
We want people to see the entire prefecture.

2.10年経っても何も変わらない？

震災時、被災地を国の直轄地域に指定していたならば…。

2. Nothing changes after 10 years?

If the affected area was designated as a region under the direct control of the national government at the time of the disaster, things could have been different by now.

3.復興特区の計画はあった？

はい。しかし国や東電の利益構造は変わらない。地元の声を届けて。

3. Was there a plan for the Reconstruction Special Zone?

There was, but the profit structure of government and TEPCO remains the same. Please deliver the local people's voices.

4.人が変わらないと何も変わらない？

小学5年のマサオくんから「健康って何？」と聞かれて、私は「精神的な健康・経済的な健康・肉体的な健康」と難しい回答を。

この話を引用し議会で発言すると、議会は拍手喝采。
当時の知事から「川田さん。今日の議会は私の記憶に残りました。」と。
私は「気付く事は人が変わるきっかけになると」そう信じて疑わない。

4. If people do not change, nothing will ever change?

When I was asked by Masao the fifth grade elementary school student "What is health?", I gave him a difficult answer such as "Mental, Financial, and Physical health."

Congress applauded when I quoted the story. Governor at the time said to me, "Mr. Kawada, today's parliament will remain in my memory."
I believe in realization as a catalyst for people to change.

5.これからの行方は？

福島の為に何か恩返しを。
骨のある人間を育てたい。
本当の財産は“人”であると思う。

5. What about the future?

I would like to give back for Fukushima.
I want to help educating people for becoming more down to the earth.
I believe that the real fortunes are the people.
