完山京洪
『シーソー seesaw』(10)で製作と脚本を兼ね、長編映画を初監督。作品はSKIPシティ国際Dシネマ映画祭でSKIPシティアワードを受賞。その後、ハワイ、ウィーンなど、11の国際映画祭で招待される。日本映画で初めて公開宣伝費をmotiongallaryのクラウドファンディングで成功。2012年劇場公開。５本目の短編映画「想い出の中で」の撮影地、福岡県大川市を気に入り2016年移住。大川市公式YouTubeサイト動画制作、「木工まつり in JR博多シティ」プロデュースなど、大川市地域おこし協力隊として活動後、大川に初のコワーキングスペース「Little Okawood」をオープンさせた。

東京から福岡県大川市に移住し、９年目を過ごしています。地域おこし協力隊として来た時は、これほどまでに長く住むようになるとは考えていませんでした。大川の、福岡の、九州の魅力に日々魅了され現在に至ります。Hello, I'm Keihiro Kanyama, who moved from Tokyo to Okawa City, Fukuoka Prefecture, where I've lived for nine years. When I first came here, I had no idea that I would live here for such a long time. I'm fascinated by the charm of Okawa, Fukuoka and Kyushu every day.
Little Okawood（リトルオカウッド）はオープン７年目
2017年に80名以上のコレクターの皆様のお力をお借りして完成した、コワーキングスペース＆ゲストハウス「Little Okawood」（通称LO : エルオー）はオープンから７年目に突入しました。試行錯誤を続けながら、多くの方々に利用いただいて今があります。開店以来、銀行から借りたり補助金を利用したりしながら費用を捻出し、コツコツと修繕・改装し、お客様の満足度をあげれるよう努力を続けてきました。ですが、コロナ禍の３年間はコワーキングスペースとゲストハウスのどちらも利用客が激減し、特にゲストハウスは大赤字。（宿泊人数：2020年36人、2021年９人、2022年34人）。３年間はめちゃくちゃひどい時期を過ごしました。Little Okawood (LO), a co-working space and guesthouse completed in 2017 with the help of over 80 collectors, is now in its seventh year. Through constant trial and error, the space has been used by many people to become what it is today. While borrowing from banks and taking advantage of grants, the organization has continued to make repairs and renovations to improve customer satisfaction. However, in the three years after COVID-19, the number of users of both the coworking space and the guesthouse decreased sharply, especially for the guesthouse: 36 guests in 2020, 9 guests in 2021, and 34 guests in 2022.
アフターコロナからの再出発
昨年は、佐賀空港に国際便が復活したり、佐賀アリーナができたり、各種イベントに客足が戻ったおかげで、少しずつゲストハウスの利用客も戻ってきました（宿泊：2023年102名）。ここで築45年の老朽化した物件に、今一度命を吹き込み、10周年を目標に頑張りたいと考え、再びクラウドファンディングで皆様からお力をお借りしたいとこのプロジェクトを立ち上げました。具体的には、１Fの入口のバリアフリー化や、外観の美観改修、客室の壁や天井の老朽化の修繕などです。総額で約170万円が必要で、そのうちの35万円をこのプロジェクトの目標にしました。隣の佐賀では、去年佐賀アリーナが完成し、今年は国体もあるので、利用者が増えることを期待しています。Last year, with the opening of Saga Arena, the return of international flights to Saga Airport and various events, the guesthouse has gradually started to attract guests again (102 guests in 2023). I would like to breathe new life into the 45-year-old dilapidated property and do our best to reach our 10th anniversary, so we have launched this project to ask for your help once again through crowdfunding. Specifically, the project includes making the first floor entrance accessible, aesthetically renovating the exterior, and repairing the aging walls and ceilings in the guest rooms. The total cost of the project is approximately 1.7 million yen, of which 350,000 yen has been set as the goal for this project. In neighboring Saga, the Saga Arena was completed last year, and with the National Athletic Meet coming up this year, we expect the number of users to increase.
外壁工事始まりました。限られた資金なので正面と右側のみ。手前の木製デッキもバリアフリー化に改修します。Due to limited funds, work on the exterior walls has only begun on the front and right side. The wooden deck at the front will also be renovated to make it accessible.

デッキの一部分をスロープに変更し、段差を小さくした階段を付け、手すりもつけます。Part of the deck will be converted into a ramp. The stairs will have smaller steps and a handrail.
Room302 の壁と天井も修繕します。外側からの雨漏れが原因です。The walls and ceiling of room 302 will also be repaired. This is due to leaks from the outside.
3Fの洗濯乾燥機の上に、衣類乾燥機を導入します。複数のゲストの宿泊時、利用時間が重なることで使えないというクレームに対処します。幅が狭いので、上の棚も改修したりと取付工事を行います。A clothes dryer will be installed above the washer/dryer on the 3rd floor. This will address complaints of inability to use the machine due to overlapping use times when multiple guests are staying. Due to the narrow width of the room, we will do the installation work, including refurbishing the upper shelves.

Room 303 （定員４名） いずれはここを和室に変え、相部屋から、小さいお子さんがいる家族連れも宿泊しやすい個室に変えたいと思っています。Room 303 (Max. 4 people) Eventually, I would like to convert this room into a Japanese-style room and change it from a shared room to a private room where families with small children can easily stay.
1Fのコワーキングスペース。宿泊時は24時間利用可です。今も大学生が８〜９割利用。数年前に薬学部が新設されたことと、近所にアパートができたことで、昨年夏から利用者がまた少しずつ戻ってきました。Coworking space on the 1st floor. It is available 24 hours a day if you stay. It is still 80-90% occupied by students. With a new faculty of pharmacy a few years ago and the construction of an apartment building in the neighborhood, users have gradually returned since last summer.
特典の「コワーキングスペース１ヶ月利用券」については、利用開始日から１ヶ月間の利用となります。（例：５月10日開始の場合、６月９日まで）こちらも24時間利用可です。
場所は福岡県大川市。JR佐賀駅・九州佐賀国際空港・西鉄柳川駅・九州新幹線の筑後船小屋駅の中間にあります。多くのゲストは九州旅行の中間拠点としてここを利用しました。 Located in Okawa City, Fukuoka Prefecture, between JR Saga Station, Kyushu Saga International Airport, Nishitetsu Yanagawa Station, and Chikugo Funagoya Station on the Kyushu Shinkansen Line. Many guests used this place as an intermediate base for their Kyushu trip.

想定されるリスクとチャレンジ The Challenge and the Risks
外壁美観改修工事は１月13日より足場組から始まりました。１Fのデッキ改修バリアフリー化工事や客室修繕工事は２月以降始まり、全てを３月末までに完了する予定です。The exterior aesthetic renovation began on January 13, while the first-floor deck renovation for accessibility and guest room repairs will begin in February and be completed by the end of March.
必要な費用は、外壁工事 980,364円、1Fデッキ改修工事 451,300円、３F改修工事 201,696円 になります。このうち申請中の補助金が約90万円、残りの約73万円が必要です。そのうちの約半分の35万円をゴールとして応援していただきたいのです！ The cost will be 980,364 yen for the exterior wall work, 451,300 yen for the first-floor deck repair, and 201,696 yen for the third-floor repair. Of this amount, the requested grant is about 900,000 yen, and the remaining 730,000 yen is needed. I would like your support for about half of this amount, 350,000 yen, as the goal!
今回はプロダクションファンディング（All in）での挑戦になるため、もし目標金額未達となった場合でも、不足する資金は自費で補填し、「Little Okawood」のリニューアルを実現します。リターンも必ずお届けしますので、ご安心ください。This challenge is through production funding (All in).
